Image Description: The Falcon was the first thing I painted for this project, this is the money shot for a local online painting competition. Sadly I only came in second.
Loricatus Aurora Painting 9/10, Coolness 8/10 @ 2010-08-11 14:09:22 Its beautiful - unfortunately there are a lot of freehand falcons around so I think people expect it a little - on that basis those large panels potentially look a little flat or unfinished. Also all those subtle fascets allow you to really play with light if you want to spend another hundred hours working on it!
